Russian analogues of imported chains (DIN/EN/ISO) — selection by standard, size or drawing, manufacturing in our own production, documents to TU.

The task

We select and manufacture Russian analogues of imported chains — by standard, size, load or drawing. If the imported supply has become unavailable, expensive or slow, we will offer a replacement from our own production, confirmed by technical parameters. We use the wording “analogue” or “replacement”: we do not supply products under third-party trademarks.

How is the conformity of an analogue confirmed?

By technical parameters, not by the brand:

  • gauge;
  • pitch;
  • strength;
  • coating.

The correspondence of imported and Russian standards is given for reference — it is clarified by a technologist for a specific task and size.

Which analogues do we select?

The correspondence of imported and Russian standards is given below for reference and is clarified by a technologist for a specific task and size:

  • Short-link calibrated chains of normal strength (analogue of DIN 766) — GOST 2319-81, manufactured to our TU 25.93.17-001-06515248-2020, strength class 3.
  • Long-link chains of normal strength (analogue of DIN 763) — GOST 2319-81, manufactured to our TU 25.93.17-001-06515248-2020.
  • High-strength lifting chains (analogue of DIN 818-2 / EN 818-2, class 8, T8/G80) — GOST EN 818-2-2017, manufactured to our TU 25.93.17-002-06515248-2026. Our TUs do not provide for the use of these chains as slings; a sling chain is a separate certified class 8 sling assembly.
  • Chain products (a galvanized chain sling for restraint systems, fasteners, rings) and parts to a drawing or sample — to your specification.

How we work

  1. Send us the standard and size (gauge, pitch) or a drawing/sample.
  2. We will select a size from the catalog and verify the parameters: gauge, pitch, loads (proof and breaking), weight, coating.
  3. If needed, we will manufacture to a drawing or sample — in series and in small batches.
  4. Documents: QC accompanying documents, certificates and declarations — on request within the order.
