Tenders and public procurement

We work under 44-FZ and 223-FZ

We supply chains and hardware for state and corporate procurement: under 44-FZ, 223-FZ and commercial tenders. We prepare a quotation to the requirements of a specific procurement — stating the size, strength class, standard (GOST/TU) and supply terms.

What the quotation includes

  • Size range and specifications: gauge, pitch, loads (proof and breaking), weight, coating.
  • The manufacturing basis is our current technical specification (TU) for the product line.
  • Terms: prices excluding and including VAT, production and dispatch timeframes, delivery, and the settlement procedure.
  • A draft contract or specification — using your template or ours.

Documents

On request we provide accompanying documents: invoice, UPD, batch quality certificate, certificates and declarations of conformity — where applicable. National-regime requirements (confirmation of Russian origin, registry entries) and confirmation of technical equivalence to previous TUs are worked out for the specific procurement: send us the customer's requirements and we will prepare the package.

OKPD2 and KTRU

Products of the general-purpose line (round-link chains, class 3) fall under:

  • OKPD2 25.93.17.110 — “Chains (except articulated chains) and their parts of ferrous metals”;
  • HS code 7315820000 — “Chains and their parts, of ferrous metals: other chains: other, with welded links”.

We confirm the match with a specific KTRU item for the procurement — send us the KTRU item number or the customer's requirements. The same codes apply to the T8 lifting line (class 8): the classifiers do not divide chains by strength class; the criterion is the design (welded links).

Electronic platforms

For participation in specific e-trading platforms and the EIS, and platform requirements (bid security, deadlines, document forms), check with a manager — we will prepare the documents for the platform you need.

How to get a quotation for a tender

Send us the item name and size (or the KTRU number), the quantity, the required delivery time and the payment terms. We will prepare a quotation and, if needed, a draft specification.

Prices and terms are available on request from a manager (we do not publish them due to market specifics).
