Which coating can be ordered?
The coating is selected to order:
- barrel finishing;
- zinc plating;
- painting.
We select the material and coating for the task. We will select the items from a sample or drawing.

Frequently asked questions
What does the plant's hardware range include?
Rings (welded and steel), form E spring needle split pins, S-shaped and double hooks, as well as chain connectors. The material is low-carbon steel; coating to order: barrel finishing, galvanic zinc plating or painting. The range covers typical assemblies — from putting products together to fixing and repairing chains.
How do I select a split pin for a part?
The spring needle split pin is selected by the diameter of the part to be pinned. The notation specifies the pin diameter d, the hole diameter d1, the length L and the inner diameter of the ring D; the standard size range is Ø4 and Ø5. Send us the parameters — we will select a suitable version.
How do I order hardware for our product?
Collect the parameters: item type, size (for a split pin — the diameter of the part to be pinned), material, coating and quantity. If there is no size — send a drawing, sketch or photo of a sample. A chain connector is selected for the gauge and type of the chain and is welded after fitting — the joint becomes permanent; for critical applications the safety factor and documents are agreed separately.
