Delivery

• Pickup from the warehouse: Gryazi, Lipetsk Region (1a Gagarina St.).
• Shipment by transport companies across Russia; the method and timeframes are agreed with a manager.
• Electronic transport waybills (e-TTN): we issue and sign them in EDI — see EDI and e-TTN for details.
• Scheduled delivery of the cargo to the transport company's terminal in the city of dispatch (Lipetsk) is free of charge.
• You can arrange cargo pickup with any transport company at your own expense, having first agreed the pickup date with your manager.
• Supply for export is available.

Calculate delivery

A preliminary calculation of delivery across Russia by transport companies: ZhelDorExpedition, Baikal Service, PEK and Delovye Linii — from the carrier's terminal in Lipetsk to the recipient city. Cargo pickup from the plant (Gryazi) and door delivery are agreed with a manager.

The cost is an estimate and does not constitute a public offer; the exact carriage terms are confirmed by a manager.

Payment

• For legal entities — bank transfer by invoice.
• Payment methods and terms (including deferred payment) are agreed with a manager.
• The price and the quotation are prepared by a manager on request.

Documents

On dispatch we provide an invoice and a UPD (universal transfer document); a manufacturer's quality certificate is available on request.
