User agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relations between ООО ТД «Грязинский Завод Цепей» (hereinafter — the Administration) and any person using the website chain-factory.ru (hereinafter — the Site).

1.2. Use of the Site means the user accepts the terms of the Agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Site is informational, contains information about the products and services of the enterprise and does not constitute a public offer.

2.2. Prices, timeframes and supply terms are determined individually and communicated by a manager after the enquiry is processed.

3. User enquiries

3.1. Communication is carried out by phone and/or via messengers (MAX, Telegram) listed on the Site.

3.2. By sending an enquiry, the user confirms consent to the processing of personal data to the extent and on the terms of the Personal data processing policy.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The Administration may change the content of the Site without prior notice.

4.2. The user undertakes not to use the Site in ways that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The content of the Site (texts, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Use of the materials without the rightholder's permission is not allowed.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Site is provided “as is”. The Administration is not liable for possible inaccuracies in informational materials or for damage arising from the use of the Site.

7. Final provisions

7.1. The Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
