EDI and e-TTN

«Грязинский Завод Цепей» uses electronic document interchange in the SBIS (Saby) system (the operator is ООО «Компания „Тензор“»). We sign and accept documents without paper or post, working with counterparties on any EDI operator — including exchange via roaming (Diadoc and others).

Which documents we exchange

  • invoices and universal transfer documents (UPD);
  • delivery notes, acts, contracts and specifications;
  • electronic transport waybills (e-TTN) for shipments by road;
  • other documents usually sent by post — faster and with a legally valid signature.

How to start exchanging

Send us an EDI invitation from your account (SBIS, Diadoc or another operator) — invitations from counterparties are accepted automatically, and you can start exchanging right away.

e-TTN — electronic transport waybills

For shipments by road we issue electronic transport waybills (e-TTN). The carrier, consignor and consignee sign the document in their own systems — no paper copies or couriers, and the shipment statuses are visible online.

If your transport company works with e-TTN, tell the manager when ordering. Delivery terms are in the Delivery and payment section.
