The basic solution is traction chains for conveyors: standard duties to our TU 25.93.17-001-06515248-2020 (class 3), heavy-duty to our TU 25.93.17-002-06515248-2026 (class 8, T8). The class and size are selected by drive calculation; the decision for the mechanism is confirmed by a technologist.
- Calibration and pitch. The chain engages with a sprocket, so a stable pitch and calibration are important for smooth operation of the mechanism — we produce calibrated versions.
- Wet environment. The port atmosphere and moisture accelerate corrosion: the protective coating is galvanic zinc plating, applied as a service; the version and coating follow the customer's specification.
- We take abrasive wear from bulk cargo into account when selecting the version; non-standard links and lengths — to order.
