Which parts can be zinc-plated?
Steel parts and products, including complex shapes and small parts. We process both batches and one-off items. The coating is applied by the galvanic (electrolytic) method.
How are chains and parts zinc-plated on the flow line?
We process chains and parts on a flow line: the items are tied into sections up to 100 m long, and the coating thickness is 5–7 µm.
How is the processing carried out?
The sequence is: surface preparation (degreasing, removal of scale and corrosion traces) → zinc plating in an electrolyte bath → brightening → passivation.
What appearance can the coating have?
Passivation locks in the protective properties and determines the appearance:
- colourless;
- matt;
- bright;
- iridescent;
- blue.
