Which chain is needed for cattle tethering?
For individual tethering — the TsDS chain with a swivel: the animal turns freely, the chain does not twist and wears less. For group tethering — the TsGP chain, and for stall housing — TsPK. All three are used in cattle housing equipment.
Which coating to choose for damp barn conditions?
The coating is made to order: barrel finishing (polished “black” chain) or galvanic zinc plating. For damp housing conditions, zinc plating is preferable. The material is low-carbon steel.
Can a chain be ordered for our stall equipment?
Yes. We manufacture tethering chains in any gauges, non-standard sizes and configurations — for existing stall equipment or to a drawing. Describe the housing type and the number of animals.
Equipment and mechanisation
- For conveyors and other equipment where the chain acts as the traction element, traction chains of both plant lines can be used — Conveyor chains (traction); the specific version for the mechanism is confirmed by a technologist.
- For grain and feed production lines — the same traction chain range.
