Welded round-link chains to the customer's sizes and lengths — of carbon steel, coated or uncoated.
What we do
We manufacture welded round-link chains to order, to the customer's sizes. Versions:
- by link length — short-link and long-link;
- by calibration — calibrated and non-calibrated;
- by strength class — 2; 2.5; 3.
Order parameters:
- rod diameter and pitch — to your specification or selected for the load;
- chain length — in cut lengths of the required metreage or in whole links;
- coating — uncoated, conservation grease, galvanic zinc;
- QC acceptance and accompanying documents — on request.
Can I order a chain of a non-standard size?
Yes. We manufacture welded round-link chains to the customer's sizes: the rod gauge and pitch are set to your specification or selected for the load. If the designation is unknown, send us a sample or measurements. Non-standard lengths and configurations are a routine task.
Which strength classes and coatings are available?
Short-link and long-link, calibrated and non-calibrated chains of strength classes 2; 2.5; 3. The coating is selected for the conditions: uncoated, conservation grease or galvanic zinc. General-purpose class 3 chains are manufactured to our TU 25.93.17-001-06515248-2020.
How is the order accepted and documented?
The finished products are accepted by the QC department. We provide accompanying documents and certificates on request as part of the order. The length and coating are recorded in the order specification.

Send us the designation or parameters (gauge, pitch, class, length, coating) — we will select an item and prepare a quotation. Price and terms are available from a manager.
