Quality certificate: request and authenticity check online

We have simplified document handling: a quality certificate can be requested directly from a catalog item card, and the authenticity of an issued document can be verified online.

How it works

1. Leave a request in the item card or in the certificates section — it is received by a plant manager.
2. The manager issues the document: a sample (not tied to a shipment) or on shipment (with a UPD).
3. The document carries an authenticity verification QR code — following it to the verification page confirms that the certificate was issued by the plant and has not been altered.

Document status

A digital certificate is a sample/copy. The official document is issued with the QC stamp and/or via EDI. Details — in the “Certificates” section.
